2021 Tax Season
For over 25 years clients have sat down with us to prepare their taxes. As we move into our third season that is being directly impacted by Covid-19 we have decided to make some permanent changes to our tax season procedures.
Year end consultations and planning
Starting in November, as the year ends, we start appointments for tax planning and year end consultations. These are if needed and can be in person or over the phone. This is a great time to sit down and review your income and expenses and plan how this will impact your taxes. We pause all in person appointments January 15th.
Send in or drop off your documents
You can mail them to the office at:
690 Maine Ave. Farmingdale ME, 04344
We have also installed a large, secure drop box outside our front door. Or you can also fax them to us at (207) 621-0872.
There is no appointment needed to drop off or send in your documents.
We complete your taxes
We will complete your taxes and we will call you if we have any questions.
We will then send you a completed package.
All originals mailed or dropped off will be returned with your tax package.
When you receive your completed taxes, you can review and sign for us to e-file.
If you have any questions you can reach out to us and we can set up a phone consultation or Zoom meeting to review the package.
Frequently Asked Questions
You do NOT need an appointment to drop off or send in your information.
If there are items that you want to bring to our attention, the easiest way to make sure this happens is to include a cover letter attached to the information that you send or drop off.
We will return any documents we receive with your completed tax package. Binders or items that cannot be shipped will be retained at the office until pickup can be arranged.
